2nd link bridge run

i took part in the 2nd link bridge run today! well basically it's a 10km route from singapore to malaysia (you don't actually get to go into malaysia to buy vcds and gum etc etc) via the 2nd link causeway at tuas. well, this is by far the longest route in have ever run! ok i foresee some bombastic comments from this.

1) all the SAF guys will be going like.....wth!!!! i run like 3948302943km every day lah! what is 10km man! it's like my warm up lah! chicken feet, come let's go!
2) shane, you're pathetic.
3) good on ya, mate! (like 1% of chart)
4) you seriously got up at like 6am on a sunday just to run?!?? (Alvyn)

yea so anyway it has been a good week. went for first aid course so now i'm a certified first aider!! i have a card to prove it haha! ok at least the course was not all that bad since i got a card!
"hello, hello, i'm a first aider, can i please help"----totally radical.

mark celebrated his birthday on saturday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY AGAIN HOME BOY! (sounds wrong) his family, (mom, dad and used to work in IMH brother, leon) him and me went for a buffet at the grand coptorne, the hotel next to zouk. yea the food was absolutly awesome!!
